As a person who has been on some sort of diet since I was 12 I have a few comments
1). Go Flatman! Congratulations on taking steps to get your weight where you want it.
2). You won't last long on less than 1,000 calories a day and it will start to work against you. Your body will go into starvation mode. Eat more.
3). Try really hard to stay away from processed, frozen foods even if they have names like 'lean this' and 'lite that'. They are full of crap. You will do better to make your own sandwiches and stuff.
If you are to succeed, Grasshopper, you need more than 860 calories per day. And you need more veggies, which (coincidentally) are nutrient dense, filling, and low calorie.

Good luck!
That's a cool tool! I haven't actually viewed an online food diary before.
Which tool are you using? I use MyFoodDiary. I really want a widget for my blog, but alas, not available.
